School and Work Work!

Oh gosh, the first week of classes and I'm already exhausted!!  I've been guzzling coffee like no one's business, and the week has caught up with me!!  It's already Sunday, my weekend's over, and I've yet to make any real progress, it seems.  :(

BUT Fear not, lovelies!!  I am tired, yes, but that doesn't mean I've run out of steam!! I spent my weekend working on the new Chevron Necklace I just listed on Etsy, and I'm really excited to get to filling these orders ASAP!!  I'm working on making two for a friend (one in green and one in brown) and maybe making another one for my roommate in purple.  I can't wait to take more pictures of them all!! I'm having so much fun editing and going through the photos!  That's one of my favorite parts!!!

Good Morning, ya'll!!

Anyway

Today, I woke up a touch late and decided it was too late to attempt a workout, so, instead, I played with the internet!!  But for real, I've done lots of work in the last two or so hours, so, I'm feeling pretty good!  I've gotten a pretty decent response on a new item I've been working on, so I've decided to go ahead and post that baby on my shop and see how it sells.  It's going to be my most expensive item at an estimated $12-14, but I'm thinking it'll be a big seller!  At least, I hope so!  I made one (and promptly sold it within 20 minutes of posting) and posted it on facebook, and got an order for two more in different colors!!  I'm really impressed.  I just ordered a few more supplies for making them, so, I think these will be a good item to have.  I also made a few more things that seem to have done okay, too, so I might be posting those, as well.

I wish I could make a million of these in ALL THE COLORS to have one for every outfit.  FOR EVERYONE FOREVER. 

 But, seriously, I love that chevron necklace.  I borrowed the idea from another series of blogs then totally made it my own.  So I can sell it, right?  I've seen SO many of these little guys around lately that I can't not do it, haha.  I'm just going to post it anyway.  You can't really see in these awesome quality cell phone piccys, but, the colors are pretty awesome, and I have requests to do one in brown and purple, too!  I'm going to do two more in the green, and one in yellow, too.  I just ordered more supplies, so Wednesday my lovely photographer is coming by to take photos of what I already have. 

By the way, this post is over a three day period, as my computer crashed Sunday morning when I originally started writing this, and I had to run to work Monday because I apparently cannot read a schedule!!

Anyway, I have to run to work again today.  I'm really looking forward to Friday when I can sit at home and be crafty all day! :)
